Shipping Policy
• Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days for destinations such as the USA, Europe, New Zealand, and Canada. For regions like South America, the Middle East, India, and Africa, shipping may take between 10-20 business days.
• Shipping Delays: During busy seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, shipping may be delayed beyond the usual timeframe. Rendom Unicorn also notifies customers if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details once their orders are shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery process.
Return & Refund Policy
• Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving their product to request a return.
• Refund Process: Refunds are issued once the returned product is inspected, and the money will be refunded to the original payment method or to the user’s account balance for faster processing.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Full refunds or replacements are provided for damaged, incorrect, or missing products. Customers are not required to return incorrect items.
